When you are marketing online, you will be overwhelmed at the different methods available to you.  YouTube, article marketing, blogs, social media, etc.  Take one of the methods that appeal to you and then become an expert at it so you are generating 5 to 10 leads a day.  Once you are generating that many, move on and learn another method. EXPERTISE is the next secret.

Five Fantastic Tips for Effective Recruiting For Your Network Marketing Business

Here are five fantastic tips for effective recruiting for your Network Marketing Business!

1) Make a phone call to your WARM market!  Honestly, have
you done that yet?  This is simple, but most are so afraid. Understand that your only goal in making a phone call to someone on your warm market list is JUST to set an appointment for them to see the opportunity!  That's it. The goal of the call is NOT to tell them about the opportunity, ask them to join, or sell them something....just get the appointment.  Believe me, this is the easy part!

 2) If you are marketing online, GIVE something of value away for free!  An e-book, a training session...something your prospect would like to have and has VALUE for them.  This will get you leads, but more importantly it starts a relationship with a prospect and positions you as a leader.

3) Create a capture page and promote it through social media sites, link it to your blog or website and promote, promote, promote! Capture pages do what they are called, capture peoples names, e-mails and phone numbers for effective recruiting.

 

4) Register for YouTube or other video recording sites and start recording videos on various subjects of interest for network marketers.  Promote these on social media sites.  Link it to your capture page, website or any blog you have.

5) Remember that technology is great, but people are not machines and they will not blindly sign up for things just because you have a link to a product or service.  They want to know there is a person behind the machine that they can ask questions of and build trust.  So, FOLLOW up and communicate.  You're going to have numbers to call, so you need to call!  Don't just send an autoresponder back to them.  If you practice your closing scripts, practice objections, and know your opportunity, then you will achieve effective recruiting for your network marketing business.
